The 28th edition of Cadernos FGV Projetos concerns the theme “Compliance, Management and Corporate Culture”. This bilingual publication includes an interview with Benjamin Zymler, the Minister of Brazil´s Federal Court of Accounts, testimonials by Peter Eigen, Founder of the Advisory Council of Transparency International, and Reinaldo Makoto Goto, Director of Compliance at Seimens Brazil. Patrick Moulette, Chief of the Anticorruption Division of the OECD, and Christine Uriarte, Senior Judicial Analyst of the Anticorruption Division at OECD, also participate in the publication analyzing the impact of corporative compliance in the OECD Convention on Combatting Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in international transactions.
