Nowadays, the rapid technological and economic advances demand greater flexibility and better management in all important areas such as the Judiciary. In this connection, FGV Projetos undertook a highly successful project for revamping the two major Courts of Justice in Brazil: Rio de Janeiro’s and Sao Paulo’s, through the strategic review of the structure, of the macro processes and the implementation of up-to-date management standards.
